This position is based at the stunning Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa situated on the edge of Chester. The hotel has 73 beautiful rooms, an AA rosette restaurant, a gastro bar, conference and banqueting facilities and stunning spa and leisure facilities.

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have the following traits:

• Relevant and proven hotel experience of booking reservations.
• Be able to work on your own initiative ,yet also work alongside a team.
• Ability to prioritise effectively.
• Have experience in working with third party websites.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to accuracy.
• Experience in property management systems and restaurant diary management systems would be preferred, full training will be provided
• Must have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Candidate must be computer literate.
