We’re not always expecting the finished article but a chef who would like to be moulded and has the ability to learn from our team.

The ideal candidate will possess;

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver quality food, maintain excellent organisation, and support the smooth running of service.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to spec
  • Managing your section during busy service
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Supporting junior chefs
  • Contributing ideas for specials and menu development
  • Ensuring prep is completed efficiently and accurately

  • A passion for fresh, seasonal food
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and develop your skills
  • Creativity and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to inspire and support junior chefs and apprentices
  • Previous experience in a rosette kitchen is a bonus – but attitude, reliability, and a friendly personality matter most to us!
