Who we’re looking for

We don’t expect you to be the finished article, but we’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive and creative environment.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running your section efficiently, maintaining high standards of preparation and presentation, and supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in the smooth operation of the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
  • A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards of consistency
  • A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • The ability to inspire junior chefs and apprentices
  • Rosette experience is a plus, but not essential
